Yes, parking will be available near both the ceremony and reception locations. There will be a cross country invitational near The Hall of Springs on 10/17. Please allow extra time to arrive to the venue due to unexpected additional traffic. Parking for The Hall of Springs is located directly next to the venue. The entrance to the parking lot is next to the Automobile Museum. You are welcome to leave your car at the venue overnight, if needed!

We love capturing memories! Guests are welcome to take photos and videos throughout the day. However, we kindly ask that you refrain from doing so during the ceremony and be mindful of our professional photographers so they can capture the moment without obstruction.

Yes! There will be multiple shuttles running between the venue and the hotels. Transportation will also be provided to the after-party. There will not be transportation provided to the ceremony (but there is plenty of parking!)    Homewood Suites: 3:45 PM pickup 3368 South Broadway;  Gideon Putnam: 4:00 PM pickup 24 Gideon Putnam Road;  Courtyard Marriott:  3:30 PM pickup 11 Excelsior Avenue;  Hampton Inn Downtown: 4:05 PM pickup 25 Lake Avenue;  Embassy Suites:  4:00 PM pickup 86 Congress Street;  Please be ready and in the lobby about 10 minutes before the scheduled pickup time.

The dress code is Formal Attire for the wedding/reception.

Yes, the reception will feature an open bar.

Saratoga Springs is a wonderful family friendly town! Children are welcome to join us for the wedding weekend festivities; however, the reception itself will be an adults-only celebration.
