Yes! If you’re staying at the hotel, a courtesy shuttle is available to and from the airport. Additionally, the shuttle will be running on the day of the wedding, providing transportation to the ceremony and returning guests after the reception. Please let us know if you have any questions—we’re happy to help make your travel as smooth as possible!

Unfortunately, as much as we’d love to invite all of our friends’ children, we can only accommodate a few close family children. We hope that you will understand this decision and that you will still be able to join us on our special day.

Unfortunately, we have limited space, so we simply can’t allow for all of our lovely guests to bring a guest of their own. Plus ones are therefore by invitation only and we ask other guests to please not bring a plus one. Thank you so much for understanding!

Yes! You can park across the street and walk over to The Ravington if you decide to drive!

The wedding will be an indoor event.

Northwest Arkansas has its own airport—XNA—located just 20 minutes from the hotel, which offers a courtesy shuttle for guests. If you choose to fly into Tulsa International Airport, please note that it is over 2 hours away, and you will need to arrange your own transportation to the hotel.

There will be an open bar for guests to enjoy throughout cocktail hour and the reception. We do recommend bringing cash to tip the bartenders.

We’ll be serving a buffet-style dinner with a variety of options to accommodate dietary needs, including gluten-free, dairy-free, and vegetarian selections.

Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift we could ask for! If you would like to honor us with a gift, you can bring it with you or have it delivered to our home at 1021 Pebble Pass, Centerton, AR, 72719. A wedding card box and gift table will be at our reception.

We recommend arriving at the ceremony venue 45 minutes ahead of the ceremony start time. Alcohol will be served before the ceremony.
