With the balmy Florida weather in mind, we suggest attire that is both elegant and comfortable. For Gentlemen: Dress shirt with sport coat paired with dress slacks or chinos and dress shoes. No tie required. For Ladies: Beach formal dress in a sophisticated style and breathable fabric. Or dressy separates such as a blouse paired with a skirt or flowy pants. Block heels, wedges, or dressy sandals (you will be walking in grass to the ceremony). Additional Tips: Embrace light and airy fabrics such as cotton, linen, or chiffon to stay cool in the Florida climate. Opt for pastel colors or floral prints to complement the springtime ambiance. Layering with a light jacket or shawl is recommended for the air conditioned indoor reception. We can't wait to celebrate with you in style!

The RSVP response section will be open December 20th when the formal invitations are sent. Once it is open, please respond directly on this site's main page by clicking the RSVP tab and filling out the form with your name.

We kindly ask all guests to respond by February 14th, so that we can finalize arrangements for our special day.

We have a room block at Casey Key Resorts - Mainland in Osprey, Florida with discounted rates. Please refer to the Hotel tab for the booking link and deadlines.

We will provide shuttle transportation from the Casey Key Resorts - Mainland to and from the wedding venue. The shuttle will leave the hotel at 3 pm for the ceremony. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide shuttle services from the airport to the hotel; if you would like to carpool, please reach out to Katie, Betsy, or Steve.

The wedding ceremony & cocktail hour will be outdoors and the reception will be indoors with air conditioning. Please note that the ceremony will be held in a grassy area, so for the girlies we recommend wearing flat shoes or block heels.

The three closest airports are Sarasota (SRQ) which is 45 minutes, Punta Gorda (PCD) is 40 minutes, and Fort Myers (RSW) is 75 mins. If you want to stay close to an airport, we recommend flying into Sarasota and staying in the Sarasota room block as there will be a shuttle to and from the venue.

Due to limited spacing, this will be an adult only event. Only children that are in the wedding party will be included.
