The cutoff date for booking with Marriott is January 15th -- after the 15th please call the hotel directly at 816-243-1288 to book with the Gaston/Burdick wedding block. This hotel has the larger shuttle to and from the venue, so if possible please book here to ensure your transportation if you are planning on using it!!

We are so looking forward to a chance to host an event that allows for all to get dressed up in something truly special in an absolutely beautiful venue. We ask you dress in formal attire! For the ladies, this would be mid to floor length dresses. With it being a winter wedding, sequins, velvet, or sparkle of any kind is definitely encouraged! If that's not your style, deep jewel tones or winter pinks are also winners! Gents--dress pants and shirt, suit jacket, and tie would look super snazzy! We do invite everyone to pack comfortable shoes for the dance floor!

We have a incredible evening planned for all of our guests! In order to keep things running on time, we ask you arrive by 4:15 to get parked and escorted to your seat.

As much as we’d love to celebrate with everyone in our lives, please note your invite is only for those specifically named on the invitation. In addition--due to our venue space and desire for ALL parents to enjoy themselves, this is an adult only event. Please know we love all of your littles, but we'll catch them another time!

There is plenty of parking on site, so no need to worry about that! While White Iron Ridge feels like it is set in a remote location, you won't leave a paved road at all! Also please note--if you have booked rooms with either of the hotel blocks on the Travel page of the website, there will be shuttles running to take you to and from the venue!

Yes! Whether you are family from Katie's side or Jeff's, we will be taking extended family photos immediately following the ceremony. We promise to make it quick, but please don't head to cocktail hour until we've snapped a few!
