Getting to Camano Island
Seattle–Tacoma International Airport
Camano Island is located about 78 miles north of SeaTac International Airport (SEA), the largest and most commonly used airport in the area. If you're looking for smaller, more convenient options, both Paine Field (PAE) and Bellingham International Airport (BLI) are serviced by Alaska Airlines and are located closer to the island. Keep in mind that these airports have fewer flights, so availability may be limited.
Transportation and getting around
Bellair Airporter Shuttle
We recommend renting a car during your stay. Camano Island is full of beautiful spots to explore, but it's not easily walkable. If you'd prefer not to rent a car or are coordinating with others, the Bellair Airport Shuttle is a convenient option. It runs between SeaTac Airport and the Stanwood Chevron Station, right next to the park & ride off I-5 at Exit 212 (Stanwood/Camano Island). From there, you can arrange carpools or meet up with other guests to share rides.

Camano Island offers a wide variety of lodging options—from spacious four-bedroom homes to charming cabins and waterfront cottages—available through Airbnb and Vrbo. We recommend booking early, as rentals tend to fill up quickly, especially during the summer months when the island becomes a popular escape for visitors from the south looking to beat the heat.
Angel Of The Winds Casino Resort
Angel of the Winds Hotel is about 30 minutes from the venue, just one exit south of Camano Island. If you choose to stay at Angel of the Winds, the cut off date for our room block is July 2, 2026. Please call and reference Booking ID: #891 to make a reservation.
Rates are as follows:
Mon-Thurs: $179/night
Fri & Sat: $259/night
Sun: $229/night
Guarantee Policy:
You are required to leave a debit or credit card to guarantee your reservation. There is a $50 incidental hold per room per day. A valid debit or credit card is required at check-in to cover the room, tax, and incidentals. Please be aware that an authorization on a debit card will remove funds from your bank account at that time, and it may take up to seven to ten business days for the hold to be released from a debit card.
Cancellation Policy:
All reservations must be cancelled at least 24 hours prior to arrival. If not cancelled within 24 hours of arrival, a $50 charge and tax penalty will be assessed.
Angel of the Winds Casino Resort is pet free. Primary guest must be 21 or older. Management reserves the right to refuse service at any time. No call no shows are subject to full charge of the reservation and tax penalty will be assessed.
Our Island Life
Sean and Katie made Camano Island home in February 2023 and now live in the Elger Bay area, about halfway down the island. On their days off, you’ll often find them adventuring with their pups, Kyle and Penny (aka "Boomin!"), at the English Boom—a beautiful local beach and nature preserve. They love wrapping up the day with a visit to Ale Spike, the neighborhood brewery, for a well-earned beer.
