Our Wedding

Zech &amp; Katie met at Texas Roadhouse, where many of you know Katie worked part time all through her college career - Sunday doubles were her main (and favorite) shift. Zech and his brothers/friends made a habit to come in on Sundays to eat and watch football. There were several re-occurring Sunday's where Zech and Katie would make eye contact across the store, smile/look away, and try to pretend they didn't catch each other staring. With a little help/boost from his friends, and a little stalking on social media (lol), they exchanged numbers and Zech asked if Katie would want to get dinner sometime. Their first date was December 15th, 2019 at Mountain State on The Wharf. Zech basically considered himself a Morgantown resident ever since. Katie's friends always teased her about how much she "Loved Her Job" at Texas Roadhouse, which she did for many reasons, but mostly because that's where she found her fella. The original Texas Roadhouse in Morgantown is now closed, but we went and spent the evening with old co-workers/friends the last day it was open. It only felt appropriate to eat one last time in there together!
