Any outfits that are considered cocktail/semi-formal/dressy-casual are welcome. We only ask you that you avoid wearing white or any colors that are similar, such as shades of ivory, out of consideration for the bride. We can't wait to see your best looks!

The ceremony will begin promptly at 4pm. We ask that you please make arrangements to be seated at least 15 minutes before this time so that you will be able to see all of our big event. We are so excited to see you all there!

The wedding ceremony will take place outside with the reception taking place both indoors and outdoors, weather permitting. Our big day will take place rain or shine! We will have alternate indoor arrangements in the event of rain.

Yes, parking will be provided to our guests at the venue. There will be parking assistants providing direction to guests as they arrive. Please notify them if you're in need of parking that is closer to the venue for easier access.

Our day is very important to us and we are so excited to share it with those closest to us. We ask that only individuals listed on the invitations be in attendance. If you have been allotted a plus one, you will receive notice of this directly from us.

We ask that you please silence your phones during the ceremony and take time to enjoy our celebration without worrying about taking photos. We will have photographers capturing special moments in our event and will be sure to share photos to all friends and family after the wedding. Feel free to snap as many photos as you'd like during the reception! Thank you for your consideration!

There will not be alcohol served at the wedding. If you wish to partake, we ask that you bring your own beverages and drink them with discretion and with your safety for traveling home in mind. Thank you for your consideration!

Our venue does not permit smoking. We ask that you refrain from smoking at the venue out of respect of our wonderful hosts at Hickory Bend.
