Yes, a block of rooms has been reserved at The Hampton Inn & Suites by Hilton Durham University Medical Center. The hotel is 15-20 minutes from the venue. The rate per night with the block is $180. You have until August 27th to reserve. Yes, There will be a bus making a one time trip from the hotel to the venue that will depart from the hotel at 3:45 PM. The bus will then make a return trip from the venue back to the hotel at 10 PM immediately after the reception ends. This bus can fit up to 56 people. If interested in taking the bus please let us know in the RSVP section under the bus question.

Yes, there is plenty of parking in Carolina Grove's gravel lot right in front of the venue.

Per the Carolina Grove, guests usually can get an uber to the venue, but have a hard time getting one to leave the venue at the end of the night. Make sure to plan your transportation accordingly.

Guests should plan on wearing formal attire, but have fun, make it your own!

Hopefully, it will be a nice, sunny, 70-80 degree day. However, NC weather can be temperamental, and it could be very hot. We are having an outdoor ceremony and cocktail hour, with an indoor reception.

The ceremony starts at 4:30 PM, but the venue will open at 4 PM to start seating people.

You can RSVP by heading over to the RSVP tab and searching for you and/or your party's name. Once you find your name, fill out the questionnaire on the open house attendance, meal choice, and dietary restrictions. Please do so no later than Sunday Aug, 18th.

Yes! Given there are so many guests traveling from out of town, Paul and Rosanne, Callum's parents, will so nicely open their home on Saturday September 28th for an open house from 2PM-9PM where you can drop by at any time. There will be food, a pool, and games, so bring your swimsuit and come have some fun before the big day.
