You can select the RSVP button on our website homepage or go to the RSVP tab. Once there, type in your name to find your invitation and follow the prompts.

Guests can start arriving at the venue at 4:30pm. The ceremony begins at 5:00pm with a cocktail hour following at 5:30pm. The reception and dinner will begin at 6:30pm.

Semi-formal or cocktail attire. The ceremony will be outdoors in the late afternoon with an indoor reception in the evening. Please avoid denim, shorts, casual sneakers/gym shoes, all-white outfits, and tuxedos.

Salt Lake City International Airport (SLC)

We have a block of rooms at the Salt Lake City Marriot University Park Hotel, less than a mile from the venue. Details can be found under the Travel section of our website.

This will be a child free event.

Beer, wine, and soft drinks will be served during the cocktail hour and reception.

The couple is planning a casual gathering to welcome out of town guests. Details to follow.

This will be an unplugged ceremony, but you are more than welcome to take photos at the reception.

Yes, the venue has a large parking lot for guests to park in.

The venue itself is handicap accessible. Additionally, there will be a golfcart available to take guests with mobility limitations to and from the main building and the garden where the ceremony will be held.

The climate in Utah is very dry, so rain is unlikely. In September, temperatures in Salt Lake City are typically in the low to mid 70s during the day and can get down to the mid 50s at night.
