In order to book online your guests simply visit our website, first select "BOOK NOW" in the right hand corner, Type in the specific block dates then hit "Search". In the grey bar click the down arrow on "Change Search", where it says "Rate Preference" select the down arrow once that is done click the "Group Rate" option. The Group Code box will pop up. Once they put in the LGW code and click "Search" or enter it will then show all the rooms available to reserve in your block.
There are little to no hotels available before August 3rd due to the Pan-Mass Challenge. This is a bike race that starts in Sturbridge and ends in Bourne, Massachusetts. If you are planning to drive into Sturbridge in the morning, allow for extra time as there is going to be traffic. If you are planning to come into Sturbridge later in the day, I would still allow for extra time just in case there is still residual traffic. Most traffic should be over well before the wedding is to start!
