The bus schedule is as follows:
2:50pm – Load at the KwaTaqNuk
3:00pm – Depart the KwaTaqNuk
3:10pm – Load at the Red Lion
3:20pm – Depart the Red Lion
9:30pm - First return bus
11:00pm - Final return bus
Getting Here
For anyone flying, the closest airports are Missoula (MSO) or Kalispell (FCA). MSO is a 50 minute drive from the venue and a little over an hour to the hotels in Polson. FCA is in Kalispell and is a 1 hour drive from the hotels in Polson and a 1.5 hour drive from the venue. Rental cars are available at the airport. Uber is not prevalent in Montana so we recommend getting a car rental or arranging pick-up with friends.
Red Lion Inn & Suites Polson
The Red Lion Inn & Suites is located in Polson, MT. It is approximately 15 miles from the venue. Call the resort and book under the Lyons/Jones wedding block before May 9, 2024. If the rooms are filled before then, we can add more to the block so please book your rooms early. We'll be staying at the Red Lion Friday and Saturday night and we'd love to see as many of our friends and family there as possible!
Kwataqnuk Resort & Casino
The Kwatuknuk Resort is located on Flathead Lake in Polson, MT. It is approximately 17 miles from the venue. Call the resort and book under the Lyons/Jones wedding block or use our booking code before June 19, 2024.
AIRBNB & VRBO
In addition to the room blocks, there are a number of AirBnB and VRBO rentals around Polson. We recommend booking early as accommodations in small town Montana are limited!
Onsite Camper Spots - Sky Ridge Ranch
Sky Ridge Ranch offers 3 spots for campers/RVs onsite. There are electrical hookups only and unfortunately tent camping is not allowed. Let us know if you would like to use one of these spots as Katie and Cameron will be managing the campers.
Transportation
There will be transportation provided from the two hotels we have room blocks at. For those of you staying at other locations or planning to drive yourselves to and from the venue, there is ample parking available onsite.
