While we love & adore your children, the ceremony and reception will be adult-only events. We recognize that many of our guests will be traveling to celebrate with us. If you are planning to travel with your children, please consider using a service such as Care.com to find childcare on the day of the wedding.

Yes! Both the wedding ceremony and reception will take place outdoors. There is a covered pavilion that provides shade and luxury bathrooms on site for guests to use. June weather in Erwin, Tennessee averages a high of 83 degrees and an average low of 60 degrees. Please check the weather in advance and plan to dress accordingly.

The wedding ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00pm. Please plan to arrive between 3:30pm - 3:45pm. Ample parking is available on site. Guests may also choose to arrive via Lyft or Uber from their lodging accommodations. Scheduling car services in advance is highly encouraged to guarantee a timely arrival.

The sooner the better! Please let us know if you plan on attending by May 1st, 2024.

We will be providing appetizers and snacks at the welcome party, but there will not be a formal dinner. Burg'r & Barrel has a great dinner menu and there are a variety of restaurants close by to choose from if you would like to dine out before or after the event.
