Buena Vista is a Colorado mountain town situated in scenic Chaffee County, between the Collegiate Peaks and the Arkansas River in south-central Colorado.

Our wedding is considered a destination wedding as travel to BV will require drive time following airport transportation for guests traveling from out of state. Wedding day travel is not recommended.

We recommend a minimum of a two night stay. Checking into the town of BV on Thursday, checking out on Saturday.

The wedding reception and ceremony will be on site at the Surf Hotel. A room block with a booking code is provided for wedding guest with a two night minimum stay.

Aspen leaf season will begin during this time of year (crossing our fingers you will get to experience the beauty of the gold leaves). We have planned our wedding date to yield efficient travel during this higher volume season for our guests.
