All guests must RSVP (by booking a room) no later than February 1, 2025. The final balance of the room must be paid no later than March 1, 2025.

We are trying to keep our wedding event as small as we can. Our invites were addressed to the individuals invited to the event. Unfortunately, this section of the resort does not allow children under 18 years old.

The Grand Palladium Resort is made up of 4 resorts and guests staying at TRS have full access to the other 3 resorts (Colonial, Kantenah, and White Sands). TRS is the adults-only section of the resort and is only accessible for guests staying there.

Wear what you would wear to a nice dinner on vacation. It will be hot, so dress appropriately. For men, khaki pants / chinos and a button-down shirt (short sleeves are acceptable). Jackets and ties are optional. For women, sundresses or dressy seperates are fine. Please no denim. Bright colors and patterns are encouraged!

We are inviting all guests to join us on a catamaran the day after the wedding (Saturday, June 14). We will take care of all costs associated, but ask that guests pay $20 to confirm their RSVP. The shuttle to the catamaran will leave from TRS Yucatan at 2:00PM and we will be back around 7:30PM. Food and drinks will be included. Please wear your swimming suit and/or comfortable clothes as this will be a casual event.

While it is not required, it is GREATLY appreciated! While drinks and food are included in your stay, the staff work very hard to make sure you are taken care of during your vacation. (You also will get better service!) We typically bring dollar bills (USD) to tip. We will tip during any wedding event, so don't worry about that!

We suggest checking with your phone company! Some phone companies are free (T-Mobile), while others may have a daily rate. There will be WIFI on the resort, so you may not need your phone. We do suggest downloading WhatsApp because your butlers will be in contact with you via this app when you arrive.

You will receive an email one week before you travel that will allow you to fill out a "wishlist" to request specific items in your room, introduce you to your butler, and allow you to make a dinner reservation for your first night on the resort. They will also give you information on spa treatments, etc. Once you arrive, you will utilize your butler to make additional reservations during your stay.

Outside of WhatsApp, we suggest downloading the Grand Palladium Hotel Group app to look at restaurant menus and weekly entertainment. (The app is white and yellow.) It may also be a good idea to tell your bank / credit card company you are traveling so that you can use your cards while you are away.

Yes! We have decided to not have a shower and have a celebration whenever we get back from our honeymoon. Our Happily Ever After event will be on Saturday, July 26, 2025 in Springfield, Missouri. See tab for more details.
