The Grandin Theatre

The Grandin Theater was built in the 1930s and still holds all its charm. From local performances, to current blockbusters, to old movies, the Grandin does it all. The Grandin Theater is Riley's favorite place in Roanoke.

Taubman Museum of Art

Mill Mountain Star

Located off the Blue Ridge Parkway, the Mill Mountain Star is what gives Roanoke its name, "The Star City." This is an icon of Roanoke and gives you the best view of the valley. There are hiking trails and a small zoo on Mill Mountain.

Center in the Square is in downtown Roanoke and has numerous activities within. From the Starcade is an arcade that houses a large number of old arcade-style games in addition to more modern video games. Center in the Square also has a pinball museum, science museum and roof top dining (we recommend only going for drinks and apps!).
