Can I bring a Date/+1?
Due to the limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding.
When should I arrive to the ceremony?
The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30p.m., so we ask that guests begin to arrive at least 30 minutes in advance to be sure they are seated by the time the ceremony starts. If you are late and the wedding has started, we ask that you stand in the back until the ceremony is finished and then join us at cocktail hour!
Is this an outdoor or indoor event?
The ceremony will be hosted outdoors (with an indoor venue option if there is inclement weather) but the reception and cocktail hour will be indoors.
What should I wear?
We would love to see our family and friends dress up with us! We are requesting formal attire. For example, women are more than welcome to wear any dress or jumpsuit they would like. Men can wear a button-up, dress-pants, and a sports coat if desired.
Are kids invited?
Due to limited numbers, we hope you appreciate that children are only invited if named/are family. Your invitation will be made out to "The [Your last name] Family" if your children have been invited and "Mr. & Mrs." if only you and your significant other are invited.
Where can I park?
Self-parking is available next to the venue. Valet is also available. We ask that if you are driving and plan to drink, you have a designated driver or an uber. We want everyone to be safe!
Are there accomodations available?
Yes! We have reserved a block of rooms at the wedding hotel. Rooms are available to book until May 7th. Please visit the "Travel" section of the website to book your stay!
Will there be alcohol at the wedding?
Yes, there will be an open-bar available.
How do I RSVP?
To RSVP, click the RSVP tab and type the name(s) listed on the envelope. Kindly RSVP by April 27th, 2025. If you are unable to attend, we would appreciate you letting us know at your earliest opportunity.
Are there colors that should be avoided?
We ask that you avoid colors that traditionally are reserved for the bride- whites, ivories, and cream.
Are the ceremony and reception at the same place?
Yes! Both the ceremony and reception will be held at the Clearwater Beach Marriott! The ceremony will be outside, while the reception and cocktail hour will take place indoors on the second floor.
Where are you registered?
We are registered at Target and Amazon! Most items have shown up in the "Registry" tab, however some items from Target are only showing up through Target's website.
