Katie and Cori met at an Improv Show at Berry College and began dating shortly thereafter. (they apparently met earlier back in 2017 at a different event but Katie doesn't remember that).

Three months into dating, Katie left to study abroad in Florence, Italy for the semester. Meanwhile, Cori finished up his last semester at Berry, graduated, and moved back to Atlanta. Over the next year and a half they continued dating semi-long distance while Katie finished up her senior year at Berry.

Once the craziness of 2020 finally calmed down, they both settled in to their lives post-grad living in Atlanta and continued dating for three more years.

June 2023, they went on a family trip to Italy to celebrate Katie's dad's retirement from Delta where they visited Rome, Florence, and Lake Como. In Lake Como, they took a day trip to Villa Balbianello (famously featured in Star Wars: Attack of the Clones) where Cori proposed and Katie said YES!

They're very excited to be getting married and can't wait to share this day with all of their family and friends.
