You will be able to RSVP online after invitations are mailed out.

The dresscode is cocktail attire.

Due to space limitations, we hope you understand that this is an adults only celebration. Select children will be accommodated on an invitation only basis.

Please plan to arrive by 6:00 PM to ensure you have time to find parking/walk to the venue and take your seat prior to the ceremony. The ceremony will start shortly after 6:00 PM. The evening will end at 11:00 PM.

Free parking is available in the center island on Schenley Drive on a first-come, first-served basis. Metered street parking is available on either side of Schenley Drive. There are also parking garages in Oakland that will require a walk to/from Phipps: Forbes and Semple Garage, Soldiers & Sailors Garage, Sennott Square Garage.

There is a hotel block with the Oaklander Hotel from Friday, August 22 to Sunday, August 24. See “Hotel” tab of website for the link to book your room and for more information.

Elite Coach Transportation will provide shuttles to/from Phipps and the Oaklander Hotel on the day of the wedding. Pick-ups from the hotel will go from 4:30 PM until 6:30 PM. Pick-ups from Phipps will go from 9:00 PM until 12:00 AM.
