Our Wedding

Our story really starts through a friendship with a brother and sister duo-Britnee Whitmer and Kyle Whitmer. Katie moved to Gages Lake in 6th grade and met Britnee Whitmer (her neighbor) and became great friends. Bryson and Kyle Whitmer became best friends in 7th grade social studies and playing football.&nbsp;&nbsp;Fast forward to 2015- we became acquaintances running into each other at parties hosted around Gages Lake every so often. Because of a 5 year age gap we mostly stayed in our separate group of Kyle’s friends and Britnee’s friends. In 2022, Kyle Whitmer hosted a Halloween party where he proposed to his now wife -Sara. You could feel the love in the air…We got caught up talking for hours and both felt an undeniable connection. Bryson asked for Katie’s number and the rest is history!﻿
