Although we love all of your little ones, this will be an adult only event. We hope you can use this opportunity to have a night away and enjoy yourself!

Due to limitations, we will only be able to accommodate guests that have been accounted for. If you have a guest, it will be delineated on your invitation.

Yes! Valley View Farm will be checking physical IDs if you want anything from the bar, so please have it handy! Pictures or copies do not count.

Please plan to arrive to the venue around 3:30 PM. Guests will be ushered into their seats at 3:45PM and the ceremony will begin promptly at 4PM. The Muse Bar will be open onsite for any guests who arrive early and would like to mingle!

Yes! There will be an afterparty onsite from 10-11 at the Muse Bar. The afterparty will be a cash bar.

Yes! The ceremony, cocktail hour and reception will all be held at Valley View Farm. The ceremony will be held inside the pavilion by the patio space where the cocktail hour will be held. The pavilion will be open on all four sides, views of the surrounding hills and fields become the backdrop to the ceremony and cocktail hour. The reception will be held inside the Barn adjacent to the Pavilion.

The ceremony will take roughly 30 minutes and is immediately followed by cocktail hour (1hr). Guests will then make their way into the Barn for the reception and meal service. The outdoor patio space will be opened through all of the reception for guests to enjoy some fresh air and hang out by the fire pits towards the end of the night.

Yes! Bus transport will be provided to and from the Hotel Northampton and the Fairfield Inn. The Quality Inn is also within walking distance to the Fairfield Inn, so guests staying there will need to walk over to the Fairfield Inn prior to the pickup schedule. We will provide bus schedules and timelines closer to the wedding date.

Yes! Valley View Farm has a large parking lot to the left of the venue. Guests who are driving are welcome to park in any space available. We do, however, recommend taking an Uber or the shuttle to and from the hotels so you can enjoy the whole experience and celebration! If necessary, you can leave your car in the parking lot overnight and retrieve it in the morning by 10am.

There will be an open bar for cocktail hour as well as the reception. Pre-wedding drinks will be available onsite at the Muse Bar which will be a cash-only bar option. We'll be serving lightly passed and stationary hors d'oeuvres during cocktail hour followed by three-course plated dinner and dessert.

We will be sending out official invites with RSVP and food options. The deadline for the RSVP will be included in the invitation. More updates to come.
