The ceremony is outdoors and the reception is in a climate-controlled tent.

Please refrain from wearing white. Our color scheme is sunset colors, but any other color besides white will do!

Yes, there will be a shuttle to the venue and back to the two hotels.

During cocktail hour we will have cheese and crackers and fruit and dip available for snacking. For dinner, we will have a BBQ buffet, which includes, brisket, chicken, pesto pasta, corn bake, salad, and mashed potatoes.

We have an open bar from 5:30-8:30. After 8:30 it will be a cash bar.
