On September 26th 2013, Katie and Sean’s lives would change forever.

Living in Ventura at the time and working at Robert Half. Katie won Lumineers Tickets to the Santa Barbara Bowl. Her friend Christi had been trying to get her visit and this was the perfect opportunity.

Sean was Christi’s housemate at the time. When Katie walked in he was playing acoustic Arcade Fire and making dinner. They both share a love for music and food. A spark happened between then both. Sean had no plans to go to the show that night, but that all changed.

His friend George had an extra ticket (now her friend too). To this day, Hey Yo is their song when they shared their first kiss and he fell in love with a girl at a rock show.

They started dating on October 12th and have shared many memories since then. Most prominent being on October 4th 2023 in Croatia surround by friends on a private Catamaran. Sean asked her to be his wife.
