You can RSVP by clicking the RSVP tab above and entering in the name(s) on your wedding invite.

If you do not RSVP by September 8th, 2024, you will be marked as “not attending”. We would love celebrating with you, however, we have to provide an exact guest count to our vendors and cannot accept late RSVPs.

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. Your invite will be made out to “(Your name) & Guest” if a plus one has been given to you. Thank you for understanding.

We love and adore your little ones, however, we have decided to keep our ceremony and reception an adults-only event. We encourage you to use this night as a fun date night! We appreciate you making prior arrangements so you can celebrate with us.

We’d love to see our family and friends get dressed up for our big day. Dress code is semi-formal. Ties are optional. Please no jeans, sneakers, or white of course!

A time for the ceremony will be given on your formal invite and we ask that you arrive and be in your seat NO LATER than 15 minutes before the ceremony starts. You may arrive earlier than 15 minutes and it will give you time to park, grab a drink, and find your seat. If you arrive after the ceremony has already started, you will not be able to be seated and will have to wait until cocktail hour to enter!

We are having an “Unplugged” ceremony, no phones or cameras in use until the reception. The greatest gift you can give us is being fully present as we say “I do”. We have hired professionals to capture this moment for us and we promise to share our photos as soon as we receive them. After the ceremony, please feel free to take as many photos/videos as you’d like!

Our ceremony and reception are located at the same venue. The ceremony will be held outdoors and the reception will be held in the barn. If there is rain that day, the ceremony will be moved inside. Please note that the venue is a barn with no AC or heat.

Of course! There will be an open bar with beer, seltzers, wine, and a selection of hard liquor. We will have mixed drinks, but there will be no shots served. Though it is an open bar, please don’t forget to bring cash to tip the lovely bartenders!

Dinner will be a buffet with a pig roast, grilled chicken, salad, mac n’ cheese, and twice baked potatoes. For dessert we will have a s’mores bar as well as other assorted treats.

We have a hotel block at the Best Western Plus in Jefferson under Simonson/Scherer Wedding. More information regarding hotel blocks is under the travel tab.

Shuttles will be provided to and from this hotel throughout the night. There will be one shuttle pick up to get to the venue from the hotel for the ceremony at 3:30pm. There will be one shuttle at 8:30pm and another at 11:30pm from the venue back to the hotel. Please plan accordingly and be safe.
