Formal / Black Tie Optional: dark suit/tuxedo, white shirt, nice tie or floor length gown, fancy cocktail dress, dressy pantsuit. It is a New England fall wedding, and the ceremony will be outdoors (weather permitting). The ceremony area is on grass so please plan footwear accordingly!

Check out the Travel tab on our website for more details on hotel options! Shepherd's Run has boutique rooms on premise. We have a block for those rooms through July 18th, 2024. We also have a block at the Hampton Inn across the street from Shepherd's Run through October 4th, 2024. We will have a shuttle ready outside the Hampton Inn at 4:30pm, departing at 4:40pm to Shepherd's Run for the ceremony. When the reception ends at 10:30, two shuttles will be ready to take folks back to Hampton Inn. There's also parking at Shepherd's Run for those who won't partake in libations and live locally!

Yes! Our reception ends at 10:30pm, so we will have shuttles run back and forth between Audrey’s Coffeehouse, Hampton Inn, and Shepherd's Run for anyone looking to extend the night's fun!
