BRING YOUR ID

The venue has indicated that they will be carding at the bar. It's possible they will be strict about it so please remember to bring a photo ID if you plan to drink.

What are the shuttle times and locations?

Where is the venue?

The address of the venue is 3673 Chicago Creek Rd, Idaho Springs, CO 80452.

Is there parking at the venue?

Yes! The venue has a parking lot, but there is a strict NO OVERNIGHT PARKING policy. We will be providing shuttles to and from the venue.

Ubers and cell service

Due to the location of the venue, cell service is limited. Please consider scheduling a ride prior to arrival if you are not using the shuttles.

Is the venue indoors or outdoors?

Outdoors! The ceremony is outdoors and the reception is under a tent. We will also have access to an air-conditioned lounge area and balcony on the second floor of the building.

What time should I arrive?

The ceremony will begin right at 3:30 PM, so we recommend you arrive between 2:30- 3:00 PM to ensure you are seated on time.

What kind of shoes should I wear?

Whatever you feel comfortable in. The venue has several types of terrain: gravel, wood chips, grass, concrete.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

We are having an unplugged ceremony, meaning once the ceremony begins, we ask that all phones be put away and silenced. We have photographers that will be able to capture all of the ceremony, which we will share with you.

Will there be an open bar?

Yes! The open bar is 4:00 PM until 10:00 PM. Remember to bring your ID.

What is the weather like?

The highs in July can be in the 80s and the lows are in the 50s. It might be hot during the day, but keep in mind it can get cooler in the evening when the sun goes down.

What type of food will you have at the wedding?

We will be having barbecue catered by Bold BBQ with vegetarian options.

Should I stay in Idaho Springs?

Idaho Springs is a very small town with limited lodging options. Most guests will be staying at a hotel in Golden, or an Airbnb/Vrbo in a location of their choice.
