They offer near by clean and flushing washroom facilities with a warm shower available all within a short 3 min walking distance from the camp site.

The camp site does not have electrical or water services right at the sight. Firewood and kindling is provided for the campsite fire pit.

The camp site accommodates tents, pop up trailer and a few RV's. Pricing is per person with an additional fee for pop up trailers and RVs.

Once registration is completed, you will receive your ticket by email. Please bring the ticket with you on the wedding day either on your phone or a printed copy.

Transportation will be provided to and from the Best Western on April 25th. Times to be confirmed.

The hotel offers a mix of One Queen Bed Rooms (with double sofa pull out) or Two Double Bed Room max. occupancy 4 per room.

The hotel is not able to guarantee an early check-in on the wedding day (April 25, 2025). For this reason, we recommend you book a room for the night before (April 24, 2025). Guests can request an early check-in upon making their reservations, but this cannot be guaranteed.

Additionally, if a guest room is not yet ready, the arriving guest may complete their paperwork with a Guest Service Agent at the Front Desk and then luggage can be stowed until the room becomes available. Furthermore, the hotel has a washroom space on the lower level that guests may use to get ready before departing for the wedding, however, there is no shower available.
