July 12, 2019 Nikki makes a happy 30th birthday post for Dean, but also blasting about how he's "single and ready to mingle." The post made me (Katie) cringe out of embarassment for him. I commented on the post, Nikki messages me playing cupid, Dean calls to ask me to dinner and I agree. We had our first date on July 20, 2019 at Mellow Mushroom in Baton Rouge followed by Marble Slab ice cream. Basically, the most Dean Moss date ever...pizza and ice cream. I knew when I left him that night that he was "the one." The rest is history. We made our relationship "official" on August 10, 2019. He FINALLY asked me to marry him on December 5, 2020. I'm still not sure he actually got the words out to ask me, but I knew what he meant!
