Guests can click on the website link below to book; or call directly and mention the "Taylor Baer" wedding. If asked for a three letter code that code is "TBW". We have rooms available for both Friday and Saturday night. All rooms will be released from the block on September 25, please book at your earliest convenience. Check in is at 3pm. Some rooms may be available for check in before 3pm, but early check in is not guaranteed. If your room is not available before 3pm, you are welcome to relax in the lobby, and have use of the restrooms. The front desk will hold onto the bags of any guests that do not have the time to, or do not wish to, check in before loading onto the shuttle. The shuttle will depart the hotel at 3:15pm.
