Katie met Holly the first day of medical school and they have been friends ever since! Holly is funny, kind, and loves her hallmark Christmas movies. She currently lives in Pittsburgh where she is a podiatry resident. She can make a mean meatball pasta sauce.

Jessie is Katie's younger sister. Jessie has always been a fantastic athlete, even making her college basketball and track teams! She accompanied Katie into medicine, and received her degree in optometry in May 2023. She currently lives in Houston with her husband. She is one of the kindest people you will ever meet.

Carrie is Katie's youngest sister. She is how Katie keeps up with fashion trends, because she always has the cutest outfits. Carrie enjoys living in Austin, where she can take advantage of time to paddle board and visit parks. She completed El Camino de Santiago while in college, and has had the travel bug ever since.

Emma was Katie's junior and senior year roommate at SMU. They bonded over many things, including late night hasbrowns, Taco Bell party packs, and abducting beer pong tables. Emma taught Katie how to make spatzle! Emma currently lives in Charleston with her two adorable pups, Cecil and Marley.

Katie and Hanna grew up a few houses down from each other in Houston. Hanna has been a steadfast presence in Katie's life since childhood, and was always down to film skits and short films. Katie can't think of anyone else she would have rather been half of Lucinda with. Hanna lives in Houston with her husband, son, and two dogs.
