RJ and I met on Hinge in October 2021 - he will tell you that I was trying to ghost him! The real story is that I was traveling home for a few weddings so I wasn't on the dating apps much while in Indiana. While traveling back home, he reached out to me asking for Fantasy Football help - easiest way he could have possibly gotten my number! From there we talked pretty much non-stop for about 3 weeks until we went on our first date!

Our first date was to Par-tee Shack (putt-putt!) - we had so much fun and I could tell from the beginning that he was going to be around for awhile...even though he didn't feed me that date! Before he left for the night we had planned on meeting up again the following week, but we never stopped talking in the meantime. However, RJ couldn't wait to see me again either so just a couple days later we had our 2nd date - my place! I made chicken fingers and mac n' cheese since they were his favorite. A few days later we went on our 3rd date and it was this date that RJ asked me to be his girlfriend - I of course said yes. Dating anniversary: 11/11/21!

We proceeded to celebrate every month anniversary - I was very new to this, but RJ is very sweet and romantic so he wanted to celebrate every month of our journey! Fast forward to Memorial Day weekend when we were at a cookout, it was here that RJ told me he loved me for the first time!

The love story has continued from there!
