What is the dress code?
Formal, but not overly fancy.
Slacks and dresses are perfect — think classic, polished, and comfortable. Please no jeans. We’re going for a modern, classic look with black and white as our primary colors. We kindly ask that guests avoid wearing white.
Can I bring a plus one?
Please check your invitation for details. If a plus one was included, they’ll be listed on your invite. If you’re unsure, feel free to reach out!
Are kids welcome?
Yes! We love kids, and we’re so excited to have our own there celebrating with us. Please feel free to bring your little ones—there will even be kid-friendly food options available.
What time should I arrive?
Please plan to arrive 15–30 minutes before the ceremony so you have time to park, find a seat, and settle in
Will there be food and drinks?
Yes! We’ll be serving a full dinner, kid-friendly meals, and dessert. There will also be an open bar, along with a variety of non-alcoholic drinks so everyone can enjoy a toast or two.

What should I do if I can’t make it?
We’ll miss you, but we completely understand! Please let us know as soon as possible by RSVPing on the website/ Invite or contacting us directly.
Will the ceremony and reception be at the same location?
Yes, both will take place at sorelle - the meadow on deer creek.
After the ceremony, we’ll transition right into the reception!
Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?
The ceremony will be held outdoors, weather permitting, with the reception indoors. We recommend dressing accordingly
Are there any accommodations nearby?
Yes! We’ve reserved room blocks at Lucille’s Hotel for our guests. You can find more details on our Travel & Lodging page. Be sure to book early!
Will there be dancing?
Yes! Bring your best moves—there will be a dance floor, good music, and lots of fun.
Can I take pictures during the ceremony?
We ask that guests put phones away during the ceremony so everyone can be fully present with us. Don’t worry—there will be plenty of time for photos after!

What should I do if I have dietary restrictions?
We want everyone to enjoy the meal! Please let us know any dietary needs when you RSVP, and we’ll make sure you’re taken care of.
Is there assigned seating?
Yes, there will be assigned seating for dinner. When you arrive at the reception, a seating chart or place cards will help guide you to your table.
Can I give a toast or speech?
We’ve selected a few special people to give toasts during the reception. If you’d like to share a story or message, feel free to leave us a note in the guest book—or surprise us on the dance floor!
Are Uber or Lyft available in the area?
No, Uber and Lyft are not readily available in this area, so please plan your transportation accordingly. We recommend arranging a designated driver or carpooling.
What’s the weather usually like in Thomas in early April?
Early April in Thomas, Oklahoma is usually mild and breezy. Expect daytime highs in the 60s to 70s, with cooler temperatures in the evening—sometimes dipping into the 40s. If any part of the celebration is outdoors, we recommend bringing a light jacket or wrap just in case.
Will there be parking at the venue?
Yes, free parking will be available on-site. Signs and/or attendants will be there to guide you when you arrive.
Can I bring my own alcohol to the venue?
No, outside alcohol is not allowed inside the venue.
