The ceremony begins at 4 p.m. We kindly ask that you arrive latest 3:45 p.m. to allow enough time for parking, walking to the ceremony spot, and settling into your seat. We wouldn’t want you to miss witnessing the beginning of our lifelong commitment to each other!

Who do I contact the day before the wedding or day of if I have a question?

For any inquiries or concerns on the day before or the day of the wedding, we kindly request that you refrain from asking the bride or groom, as they will be occupied with preparations. Instead, please reach out to our dedicated Wedding Coordinator, Kelsey, who will be happy to assist you with any logistical questions or concerns. You may also reach out to any of the bridesmaids.

What if I have a food allergy or dietary restriction?

We’re excited to have Verde Cocina, a family-owned and locally sourced restaurant, cater our wedding! Should you have any food allergies or dietary restrictions, fear not – the entire menu is naturally gluten-free and exceptionally tasty, intentionally selected to accommodate the bride's gluten allergy. Additionally, the dessert is vegan. If you're a vegetarian, kindly inform the bride and groom by May 24 to arrange a special entree option.

Will there be alcohol?

There will be an open bar with alcohol available for guests who are 21 and older. However, we strongly encourage everyone to plan for a safe way home, whether it's through a designated driver, carpooling, or scheduling an Uber, to prioritize your safety.

Can I smoke or vape since it is an outdoor venue?

We kindly request that all our guests refrain from smoking and vaping during our wedding celebration, including outdoor areas. It is essential to us that we maintain a smoke-free environment. Please be aware that the property owners have implemented strict regulations regarding smoking and vaping. Violations may result in significant fines and penalties. We kindly ask for your support in adhering to these guidelines and ensuring the success of our special day. Thank you for your understanding, cooperation, and for making our wedding celebration a pleasant and memorable experience for everyone involved.
