How do I RSVP?

We have to decided, in order to save money, we will be sending electronic invites to our guests. These invitations have been sent via email or text message (if emails were not applicable) to our exclusive guest list. Within the email, you will be provided details of the wedding time/date and location as well as the URL to this website. The invitations are used to gather who will be attending. We also ask that you follow up on our website under the "RSVP" tab so that we may gather further information. If there are any issues during this process, feel free to contact Alexis Graves.

Am I allowed to bring a plus one/children?

We would love to share this moment with all our friends and family but we have made the decision to have an intimate wedding with an exclusive guest list. Due to space restrictions, we are unable to accomadate additional people at the delicate venue we have chosen. We hope that everyone can understand and respect our wishes on this big day. With that said, we kindly ask to not bring plus ones outside of the guest list (significant others are accounted for on the invitation received). Children are welcomed and likely have been accounted for per invite but keep in consideration that we will not have child care accomdations on site. If you decide to enjoy an adults-only evening, please make sure when you RSVP to inform us if any children will not be joining. If you feel that the invitation did not include significant others/children and want to ensure that everyone has been accounted for, please contact Alexis Graves or Melissa Thompson immediately.

What is the dress code for your wedding?

We have stated the dress code is cocktail/semi-formal as a suggestion. With this said, we do not have any expectations for our guests and ask that you wear whatever is comfortable yet appropriate for this event. We want everyone to enjoy themselves in celebrating with us, so come as you are! Keep in mind, the ceremony will be held outdoors, at the beginning of May, so the weather conditions can be unpredictable so we recommend coming prepared for any circumstance.

Are you accomodating overnight guests?

We have not reserved blocks of rooms at any hotels outside of those included in the wedding party. Although, we have provided many suggestions ranging in prices for those that wish to stay near the venue. These hotels can be located under the "Travel" tab of our website. The venue does have rooms available on a first come, first serve basis so for anyone wishing to stay at the venue following the wedding, we recommend making those reservations (The Abbe House Inn) as soon as possible.

Will there be an open bar?

We will not be providing an open bar although we do have approval for guests to bring their own alcoholic beverages to the reception. We will provide open ice chests for anyone to keep beverages cool but ultimately we ask that guests are responsible for their own alcohol/beer.

When does the Reception end?

Great news, we will not have a curfew on this party! We do not have any time restrictions at this venue therefore we are able to continue enjoying the celebration as long as we like. We do ask that guests are respectful of this privledge we are given and ensure that the venue is kept clean and not being damaged during the after party. Please ensure that accomadations (hotel reservations/shuttling) have been made prior for anyone who will be drinking and/or staying late. We want everyone to enjoy this night with us while staying safe.
