Our story starts a few years ago when I (Katie) was a Physical Education teacher in the area and taught 3 little girls (Hailey, Chelsea, and Olivia). Those girls would light up the gym every time they came in. Over the years we developed close relationships with one another and invited their parents to join in on the P.E. fun. The friendship between Katelyn (their mom) and I blossomed. During that time, she would try and invite me to family parties trying to hook her brother Mitchell up with me, but to no avail. (We both were oblivious to her and Jim's plan). Until, one party I showed up and Katelyn and the girls were busy, so I hung out with the boys. The rest was history. Mitchell and I hit it off immediately and we went out on our first date the following week :)
