* The Resort will assign rooms based on specific requests including bedding, subject to availability 


* Room rates are quoted in U.S. dollars; per room, per night in All Inclusive Program. All taxes -16% Federal Tax and 4% Hotel Tax- and services included except environmental tax to be paid at check in ($36.30 pesos per room per night, aprox $2.00 usd per room per night depending on exchange rate). 


* The group rate will be available until the deadline or before if the reserved block of rooms is completed.


* The maximum number of people per room is 2 adults and 2 children (4 adults) for Executive and Sup er Executive Suite up to 6 people (only 4 adults).

Guests Rooms Payment Policy:
To secure your reservation, PUEBLO BONITO will request a major credit card and will post one night of your stay at the time of booking

Cancellation Policy:
* If cancellation is received 21 days or before you arrival, the initial deposit will be refunded.
* Cancellation made from 20 days to 0 days prior to your arrival will be charged 1 night
* If you failed to arrive on the confirmed date (no show) full stay as confirmed will be charged.
* Late arrivals and early departures will be charged for your confirmed stay.
