The ceremony will be held outside (weather permitting).
The cocktail hour and reception will all be held indoors.
There will be opportunity to go outside for lawn games.
Florida Decembers are very unpredictable and there is a chance it can be chilly as the sun goes down. We suggest to bring a jacket. Average temperatures this time of year are in the 50s-60s.
Is there a hotel room block?
Yes, there will be a room block at the Renaissance hotel at the World Golf Village in St. Augustine. This is where the bride and groom will be staying as well. The welcome gathering will be held in the lobby/bar area Friday night.

Am I allowed to bring a plus one?
Respectfully, we can only accommodate those guest who have been named on each invitation due to space restrictions. We appreciate your understanding
Are children allowed to attend?
We love your children but unfortunately cannot host them at our event. Please use this night as a date night and night out.
Will there be meal options for guests with dietary restrictions or allergies?
Yes, please RSVP and write down your dietary restrictions. There will be vegetarian options available
Will there be other events to attend on the wedding weekend ?
Yes and we would love to share this special weekend with everyone.
Thursday we will be attending Nights of Lights in the Historic District of Downtown St. Augustine. This is a free event but the bride and groom will be on the night of lights trolley tour. This is about 20$ per person- but it is sold by the row, which is roughly 76$ for the whole row (4 people). The bride and groom will be on the 7:30pm Blue line train.
Friday morning the groom will be golfing at St. John’s Golf and Country club. If you would like to join please RSVP.
Friday night we invite everyone to join us at the lobby bar/outside pool deck area for a welcome gathering. This will be a cash bar and a chance to mingle with everyone and hang out with the bride and groom before the big day!
How do I get to the venue ?
The venue has plenty of free parking, you are also welcome to Uber or Lyft.
For everyone who has a room at the Renaissance transportation will be provided. Pick up will be prompt at 3:00p.m. out front of the hotel. There will be 2 big yellow school buses.
