The dress code for both the wedding ceremony and reception is formal attire. This however is not the same as "black tie" attire, so suits and cocktail dresses are appropriate.

Katy and Josh will be in the hotel lobby bar on Thursday, May 2 from 8:15p-10:15p. Come by to have a drink with the couple and visit with family/friends before the big day! Cash bar/food will be available.

Yes, we have a rooms blocked at the Bahia Mar Hotel, which is also the wedding venue. All of the information can be found under the "Travel" tab on this website. March 31, 2024 is the absolute last day to book a room.

Yes, there is a daily parking fee of $35.00 per day for self-parking.

Katy and Josh are hoping that friends and family will stay at the hotel until Sunday, so that they can enjoy a relaxing/fun day at the hotel pool and beach with them on Saturday. There are poolside drinks/food available to purchase while enjoying music from live DJ in the afternoon.
