Katy and Jared may have gone to high school together, but they ran in different circles and had different sets of friends. They even had a class together senior year without realizing it until later on in life.One hot summer day in June of 2019, Katy and Jared met for the "first time" when they and their mutual friends went to a concert together. Throughout that year, Katy and Jared spent lots of time together with their best friends Becca and Riley (who are engaged to be married themselves), but ultimately stayed friends as Katy moved to upstate New York for her first teaching job. Fast forward a year later, Katy moved back to Connecticut and the two reconnected and picked up right where they left off.Throughout the years of Katy and Jared's love story there have been many concerts, sports games, fairs and festivals, family functions, and vacations they have shared together. They share a love that is unwavering, and always has the others back no matter the circumstance. Katy and Jared are looking forward to a lifetime of love and adventure in this next chapter. They are so excited to share their special day with the ones they love dearly!
