General Information
What is the wedding day itinerary?
The itinerary for our wedding day can be found on our website's Home page.
What is the easiest way to get to and from the venue?
The venue will have sufficient parking for our guests. Carpooling is encouraged.
What is the dress code to your wedding?
The dress code for this wedding is black-tie optional or formal. We have included informational links on each attire for your reference as needed. Either are acceptable.
Additionally, please refrain from wearing purple (the bridesmaids' colors) or white.
Are plus-ones and children allowed?
Yes! We love kids and fellowship. Please include any anticipated plus-ones on your RSVP for our reference.
In creating our guest list, we have implemented family members and significant others to the best of our knowledge, so please bear this in mind when considering who to bring.
Is it okay to post wedding photos on social media?
Yes, but we ask that guests wait until the couple posts wedding photos before sharing to social media.
What kind of weather conditions should be expected?
Februaries in South Carolina are typically cold, but subject to fluctuation (Katy and Jack toured their venue on an 80°F February day). It is recommended to stay up to date with the weather forecast closer to the time of the wedding. Expect anywhere from 80°F and sunny to 40°F and wet.
Where are you registered for wedding gifts?
Here on our website! Check out the Registry tab. Our registry is connected to both Target and Amazon.
Ceremony
What time should I arrive at the wedding ceremony?
With the ceremony beginning promptly at 4:00pm, we request that guests arrive no later than 3:45pm.
Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?
The wedding ceremony is expected to take place in an outdoor barn, while the reception will be held indoors. Please keep the outdoor barn in mind when deciding what to wear (coats/jackets may be a good idea depending on the weather).
Am I allowed to take photos during the ceremony?
We request that guests refrain from using their cell phones during our ceremony. We will have a photographer present to take pictures and can share these photos with guests as desired. Photos during the reception are permitted.
Reception
What time will the reception end?
The reception will end at 10:00pm, at which point the bride and groom will be sent off, concluding the wedding.
Will alcoholic beverages be served at the wedding?
No alcohol will be served. We appreciate your understanding and flexibility!
