Parking at the Palm Springs Aerial Tramway is $15. If you plan to drive and park, there is a shuttle located throughout parking lots to help you get to the lower tram station,

We recommend that you arrive to the lower level tramway station by 4:15pm to take a tram up the mountain. The ceremony will start at 5:00pm. It is recommended that you arrive earlier so you are in the ceremony location on time. There is plenty to explore at the top of the mountain station.

Once you arrive to the valley tramway station, go to the ticket agent counter and tell them that you are with the Leenerts/Todorovic Wedding. You will get your ticket there.

Once arrive to the top of the tramway at the Mountain Station, a supervisor will be at the top of the tram to direct you on where to go for the ceremony. You will need to head down the stairs to the first level and exit through the Culver Patio down to Mt. San Jacinto Park via the concrete path. Here is a map to show you all levels of the Mountain Tramway Station.

This map here shows a direction of where the ceremony site will be. The ceremony site will located at a small clearing with benches, just before you arrive to the Long Valley Ranger Station. This walk is approximately .25 miles.

The temperature at the top of the tramway is about 30 degrees cooler than Palm Springs, which means the weather will be about 50 degrees. We recommend bringing a jacket for anytime you plan to be outside. The ceremony will be no longer than 20 minutes.

Once the ceremony is over, please make your way back to the station to the Francis Crocker Banquet Room on the second level for cocktail hour and the wedding reception.

If you have large gifts, we recommend dropping them off at the hotel or the Airbnb where my parents will be staying before the ceremony on Sunday, or on Monday morning. It will be difficult to transport large gifts up and down the tramway. If you would like the address, please let me know!

We will have a gift table for small gifts and box for cards at the mountain top.
