This is a love story about two people who have been together for many years. Although most associate one with the other due to the duration of their relationship, they each had a period of time before they became one.


Daniel grew up in Van Vleck, Texas. There he made lifelong friendships, acquired skills, hosted many gatherings, and of course disturbed the neighborhood with all his activities. After school his passion for mechanics lead him down a career path to success. He spent many years traveling around the country for his work. Throughout that time, he expanded his knowledge and strove for the life that he wanted. In 2021 he was hired at South Texas Project (nuclear plant) as a mechanic where he continues to prosper.


Kaycee lived out her childhood near Matagorda, Texas off the beaten path. There she made sweet memories with her family, animals, and close friends. During many of her school years she enjoyed raising and showing pigs at the local county fair. They are still one of her favorite animals! After graduating she struggled to find a career path she enjoyed. Though it took a bit of time, she was offered a great opportunity in early 2023. A position to represent Westinghouse Electric at the South Texas Project site. She believes she ended up right where she was meant to be.


On New Years Eve 2010, Daniel and Kaycee met for the first time. Little did they know the incredible journey they would take together. Young love is never easy, but one thing is true; love always finds a way. Through the years they created unforgettable memories, faced challenges, matured, and thrived together. In May of 2023, while on a cruise vacation Daniel proposed. From that moment on, the years of waiting were all worth it and she understood that everything happens in His prefect timing.



We are excited to celebrate our love with you on December 7th, 2024, when we FINALLY (after 14 years, but who’s counting) become Mr. and Mrs. A chapter closes, and a new one begins—a continuation of our story, marked by enduring love and the promise of a beautiful future together.
