Where is the ceremony and reception taking place?
The ceremony and reception will both be held at Pecan Springs Ranch. The ceremony & cocktail hour will take place outdoors. Dinner will be served indoors and guests can mingle indoors or outdoors during the reception.
What time should I arrive?
The ceremony will begin at 5:30 PM. Please arrive 15 - 20 minutes early.
Will there be transportation provided?
We will have a shuttle pickup and drop off guests from the Sonesta Bee Cave Hotel to Pecan Springs Ranch. Please visit the Travel tab for the shuttle schedule.
What is the dress code?
We would love for our friends & family to use this occasion as an excuse to dress up! Please dress in semi-formal/cocktail attire. No jeans, please.
Is there parking at the venue?
Yes, there is ample free parking at Pecan Springs Ranch.
How do I RSVP?
RSVPs closed on May 24th. Due to final headcount deadlines, we are unable to accommodate any RSVPs beyond this date.
Do you have a hotel block for guests?
Yes, we have discounted rates for our guests through our personalized link for the Sonesta Bee Cave and Holiday Inn Express located under the 'Travel' tab. These hotels are located 15 minutes from Pecan Springs Ranch.
For our guests who prefer staying closer to Downtown Austin, we recommend Hotel Van Zandt, JW Marriott, or the Fairmont.
Will there be an open bar?
Yes! We will have an open bar with beer, wine, seltzers, and signature cocktails. Please enjoy responsibly.
Water, mocktails, and soft drinks will also be served.
Are kids welcome?
While we love your little ones, this is an adult-only event.
Can I bring a plus one?
Due to venue capacity, we can only accommodate the guests listed on your RSVP. We look forward to celebrating with you!
