If you chose to stay somewhere other than our selected hotel, we recommend looking in Loveland or Berthoud. Here is the venue address so you can reference distance you will need to travel: 619 E State Hwy 56, Berthoud, CO 80513.

Shuttle buses will be provided to transport guests to and from the wedding venue and hotel. Schedule is below! Please note that if you drive yourself to the venue, you can leave your car overnight and still take the shuttle back to the hotel. The venue just asks that you pick your car up the next day before noon.


NOCO Party Bus: There are two shuttle buses at the beginning of the night. Each van holds about 35 people.
First Hotel Pick Up: 3:40pm (2 buses)
Second Hotel Pick: 4:30pm (2 buses)


These buses are paid for so please use them! We want everyone to be safe. No need to tip. Please do not bring alcohol on the bus or to the wedding venue. You can bring snacks especially if you are arriving early to the venue. Again both buses should fit about 35 people.


Shuttle Buses will be going to the hotel every 30 min starting after dinner. Starting at 10pm only one shuttle bus will be running. That means last bus of the night will have room for 35 people only! Last shuttle bus will leave the venue at 11pm when the reception has ended.
