**To book hotel room block via link: click the link and it will take you to the hotel's website. Make sure you enter the date(s) you will be staying, the number of people staying in your room, and then select special rates. That will bring you to the place you can enter the block code. Enter it under group code. After you have entered all the information, click check rooms & rates and it should bring you to the available rooms to book.

Transportation to and from the venue will be provided to those staying at the hotel. There will be a complimentary hot breakfast buffet for guests in the morning in the lobby lodge from 6-9 am.
