Q + A

When and where do I RSVP?

Please RSVP on our website by 10/22/2025! There is an RSVP tab on the home page that will direct you through the questions, including what dish you plan to bring for our potluck reception dinner. :) You are welcome to RSVP before this date!

What if I can't make it?

You will be greatly missed, but we completely understand! Please RSVP “no” as soon as possible so we can plan accordingly.

Can I bring a guest?

If your invitation includes an option for a plus one, then yes! We look forward to celebrating with you and your guest! Although we would love to offer a plus one to ALL guests, we have a strict guest list to stay on budget and meet our venue restrictions. We appreciate your understanding and can't wait to celebrate with you!

Can I bring my kids?

As we have many friends and family with children, we welcome you and your little (and not so little) ones! We just ask that you keep a close eye on them at all times, as there will be a lot of alcohol roaming the reception! Or if you so choose, take it as a 'Parents Night Off' and come enjoy the festivities alone!

Do you have a registry?

Your presence at our wedding is the best present of all and we are blessed to have all that we need! However, if you would like to get us a gift, we would appreciate contributions toward our honeymoon fund. You can find our Honeymoon Fund under the registry tab on our website! However, if you prefer to purchase a gift, feel free to surprise us in your own unique way!

What is the dress code?

The dress code will be cocktail!

Will transportation be provided?

We are not providing transportation to and from the events, but the ceremony and reception are in the same location and there is plenty of parking available (gravel parking lot and plenty of grassy area)! If you do not wish to drive, as there will be alcohol, we suggest taking an Uber or Lyft. :)

What time should I arrive?

Please plan on arriving at 4pm to give yourself time to find a good seat before the ceremony begins at 4:30!

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

We have hired a professional photographer to capture our special day and ask that you do not use your cell phones during the ceremony! However, you are more than welcome to take photos and videos at the END of the ceremony into the rest of the night!

What happens after the ceremony?

After we say “I do,” we welcome you to join in the Barn at the same venue for cocktail hour where we will serve beer, cocktails, and light snacks! Dinner, cake, dancing, and all the exciting things to follow!

Will there be an open bar?

Heck yeah! We will be offering select liquors, beer, and signature cocktails along with champagne during toasts. Serving until the very last drop!!

What time does the reception end?

The reception will end at 11pm, as we ask all guests to vacate the premises for the Bride and Groom to share a private last dance.

Can I smoke on the property?

As we received no regulations on that, we ask that any smokers please use the gravel parking lot area, away from the reception area in the Barn, to do so and please clean up after yourself.

What side dish/dessert can I bring for the Potluck Dinner?

Anything! As we mentioned, our celebration falls the weekend before Thanksgiving - so bring what you feel fits best! A homemade side dish recipe, a store bought dessert (don't forget there's already cake!), whatever your heart desires! We're so excited to share in such a special memory with you, as we fill our bellies with laughter and some wonderful food courtesy of YOU!! ❤️ Please please please RSVP with your side dish/dessert you plan to bring so we can coordinate accordingly to ensure a variety!
