Is there lodging on site?
Yes! We have a designated room block for our guests with a variety of cabins to choose from. If you choose to stay on site, please note that it is a 2-night minimum stay. Please use the link under the "Lodging" tab on our website to book through our venue. We have a group rate for all of the cabin options- so it is important that you book through the link. All rates are based on occupancy of 4 people, but capacity of cabins range from 4- 12 people. Additional guests over the limit of 4 will pay a small additional guest fee per person/ per night. Our venue loves pets: 1st pet is $50 (flat fee for the length of your stay) 2 pets is $75. The room block will expire 60 days prior to the wedding day (1/14/2026 at 5:01 pm). Guests can still book after this date, but you will pay the current rate at that time of booking.
Are children invited to the wedding?
We absolutely adore your children, but our wedding will be an adult only event. We are hoping you are able to relax and enjoy a much-deserved parents' night off!
Can I bring a guest to the wedding?
Per the venue, we are only able to accommodate up to a certain amount of people. If you received a plus one, your guest's name or ‘Plus One’ will be listed under your name when you RSVP.
Will the event be indoors or outdoors?
The ceremony & cocktail hour will be held outdoors, followed by an indoor reception.
What if I am not staying on site?
Although we would absolutely love to celebrate with you all weekend, we completely understand that it is a time commitment having a 2-night minimum stay. There are plenty of hotels, Airbnb's & VRBO's nearby the venue as well as in New Braunfels and Gruene!
When is the RSVP deadline?
Kindly respond via the RSVP link no later than Saturday February 7, 2026.
