AIRPORT TRANSFERS
You will need to add airport transfers to your reservation when booking through the link. These are not included with the room rate.
There are two options:
Shared airport transfers - this will be a direct to hotel transfer, but you may share your shuttle with other travelers outside of our group.
Cost for Shared: $55 per person for roundtrip
Private airport transfers - this will be a private shuttle.
Cost for Private:
$202 for up to 6 travelers arriving on the same flight.
$287 for 7 - 10 travelers arriving on the same flight.
FLIGHTS
You are welcome to include flights with your room reservation when booking through our link or book them separately on your own.
If booked separately, we will collect your flight information 90 days prior to departure to coordinate your airport transfers for you.
PAYMENTS
Deposit: $50 per person is due at the time of booking
**If adding flights or travel protection, the full cost of these items are also due at the time of booking
Final Due Date: June 3, 2026
You are welcome to make payments at any time between your booking date and the final due date. You may do this through the link in your confirmation email, or by reaching out to Kara Grayson.
