Although we love your kids, this wedding will be an adult only event. We encourage you to use this as a night out! Thanks for your understanding.

The dress code for the ceremony and reception is semi-formal/ formal. We’d love to see everyone dressed up!

The wedding party will be wearing light blue if you wish to avoid wearing the same color. We ask all guests to refrain from wearing white.

Consider carpooling or using Uber to get to the venue, you may leave your car overnight if needed.m (we ask you pick it up before noon the next day). After the wedding, there will be a small shuttle from the venue to the Fairfield and Courtyard hotels on loop beginning at 9 pm. (The Fairfield is within walking distance of the Hampton Inn) The final shuttle of the night is reserved for the wedding party.

There is free parking available at our venue's private lot. Cars can be left overnight, but must be picked up prior to 9 am the next day.

Both plated meals are naturally gluten free. Most other dietary restrictions can be accommodated as well. The chicken is also dairy free.

Yes, for any photos or videos taking during the wedding (we will have an unplugged ceremony) use #NewlyNelson.

We love seeing the photos you take! However, please refrain from using your phone during the ceremony portion of the wedding to allow the photographers to capture the best photos. The ceremony will be "unplugged".
