The Country Club Plaza is a really neat outdoor shopping area with Spanish influenced architecture, lots of restaurants, and all within walking distance. Some of our favorite restaurants include: Jack Stack BBQ, Gram & Dun (great brunch and cute patio!), and Cooper’s Hawk Winery.






Near Courtyard by Marriott at Briarcliff Hotel:


There’s a really nice strip mall across the street called The Village at Briarcliff with a few shops, restaurants, and a spa. This hotel is in the North Kansas City area which has many other restaurants and breweries nearby with a more industrial vibe.
