Our Wedding

From the moment we met last year, something felt different. What started as a simple friendship blossomed into something much deeper, and before we knew it, we found ourselves inseparable. Our connection was effortless, and with every passing day, it became clearer—our love was meant to be. We didn’t need time to figure it out; we just knew. We cherish the early days of our friendship, when we laughed, shared stories, and grew closer with every conversation. There was an undeniable spark, but what truly amazes us is how that spark turned into something so strong, so real, so incredibly beautiful. And then, on that unforgettable New Year's night, surrounded by the people we love most, we made a promise to be together forever. A promise to always stand by each other, to laugh with each other, to grow with each other, and to never stop falling in love with each other. This year has been a whirlwind of love, laughter, and memories, and I can’t wait for all the years to come. I know that we are destined for a lifetime of happiness.    Here’s to the start of forever, to all the dreams we’ll chase, and to the love that will continue to grow between us. We can't wait for all of you to join us in our story.

Freshwater Park: 3100 Freshwater Road, Eureka CA 95503Once you enter the park, turn right towards the bridge, up the road and you will see a field and gazebo.

The highway is pretty curvy, please drive with caution and it goes for a little over an hour. Start at CA-36 and drive east. Once you’re close you will see signs for campgrounds. When you see Ruth Rec, turn right!

Travel

We will be camping from 8/2/25-8/4/25. There will be pontoon boats on 8/3/25, fishing is allowed and lots of camping fun! Ruth Lake is 1 hour away from the nearest city, so please plan accordingly. Bring some food, drinks, tents, sleeping bags, clothes, towels, swimsuits and whatever else you may need.
